As per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government Amendment Act 2019, it is the responsibility of the Village Council or Neighbourhood Council to register births, deaths, marriages & divorces. You may visit the office of the Nazim for such registration. Applicant may write to or inform the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Service Commission if the said service is denied or delayed.
